Today our topic is “To be a civilized person” Our Chinese have a good tradition in manners. We are told not to do things that are not polite and immoral. Especially in school.
As students, To be a civilized person is simple. We should dress property, give others a smile and say hello when we meet, glad to help each other, say “please” if we need help, etc. We shouldn’t scold others, throw litter, destroy public assets. During class, we should pay more attention to the teachers and get involved in class. We shouldn’t shindy or kick up a row.
Schoolmates, sow a thought, reap an action. Sow an action, reap a habit. Sow a habit, reap a character. Sow a character, reap a destiny. Let’s do it now and be a civilized person.
That’s all, thank you.
